Terms of service
Last updated 16 August 2026. By creating an account or using Health Dash you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Health Dash is a product operated by Nebula Wellness ("we", "us"). It aggregates health and fitness data you choose to connect — from your Oura Ring, from Garmin devices via intervals.icu, and from Apple Health — into a single dashboard, and computes scores, charts, comparisons and written insights from it. The service is currently in a private, invite-only beta; features may change, be added or be withdrawn during this period.
2. Not medical advice
Health Dash is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Everything the service shows you — rings, scores, biological age estimates, written insights and AI coach responses — is informational, derived from consumer wearable data, and is no substitute for professional medical judgement. Consumer wearables mismeasure; algorithms simplify. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something Health Dash showed you. If a number worries you, see a doctor.
3. Scores, algorithms and their sources
Every number in the app is one of three things, and the app labels which on each screen:
- Passed through — your device measured it and we display it unchanged. Oura’s sleep, readiness and activity scores, its cardiovascular age, and Garmin’s sleep score, VO₂ max and training load all fall here. The accuracy of these is the device maker’s, not ours.
- Computed by us from published research — we implement a model somebody else published, and we cite it. Fitness Age and the VO₂ percentile use the FRIEND registry treadmill norms (Kaminsky et al., Mayo Clin Proc 2015;90(11):1515–23). Heart Age and 10-year cardiovascular risk use the Framingham general CVD model (D’Agostino et al., Circulation 2008;117:743–53). Those papers are the authors’ work, not ours; our contribution is the implementation.
- Computed by us from our own formula — Rebound, Effort, Charge and the stress balance are ours. They are derived from your own recent baselines rather than taken from any device, and no device publishes an equivalent to compare them against.
We publish the formulas rather than hiding them. Each ring and each age card in the app explains what went into it, names the device that supplied each input, and — for our own scores — shows the exact arithmetic. We think a health number you cannot interrogate is worth less than one you can, and we would rather you check our reasoning than trust it.
What that means for what you can rely on. Our composite scores are estimates built on consumer sensors, not clinical instruments, and they are calibrated against your history rather than a validated population norm. Two people with the same Rebound are not in the same physiological state; the same person’s Rebound across two months is the comparison the score is built for. Where a published model is involved, our output is an implementation of that model and not an endorsement by its authors, who have no association with this service.
We may change how a score is calculated as the method improves or as a data source changes what it provides. When we do, historical values may move, because scores are recomputed from your stored readings rather than frozen at the time they were first shown. Your underlying measurements never change — only the derived numbers on top of them.
The formulas, wording and presentation of our own scores are our intellectual property. You are welcome to read them, check them and rely on them for yourself; reproducing them commercially is not permitted (see section 7).
4. Your account
- You must be at least 16, provide accurate information, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. During the beta, accounts require an invite key and are for personal, non-commercial use.
- You must only connect data sources you own or are authorised to access. Connecting someone else's Oura or intervals.icu credentials is prohibited.
5. Your data and our licence to it
Your health data is yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to fetch, store, process and display it to you — that is the whole of what we do with it, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it or delete it at any time.
6. Plans, trials and payment
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the full product, including a limited taster of the AI coach.
- After the trial: Core ($8/month) includes the full dashboard; Coach ($15/month) adds the AI coach. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
- AI features carry fair-use limits (currently up to 40 coach messages a day on the Coach plan, and a smaller allowance during the trial) to keep the service viable. Automated, scripted or abusive use of AI features may be throttled or suspended.
- During the private beta no charges are made; pricing applies from public launch. Subscriptions, once live, renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the billing period.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service except with written permission; attempt to access another user's data; reverse-engineer, scrape or bulk-download the service other than exports of your own data; resell or white-label the service; or use it in any way that breaks the law or the terms of the upstream services (Oura, Garmin, intervals.icu, Anthropic).
8. Third-party services
Health Dash depends on APIs operated by others — Oura, intervals.icu (for Garmin data), the Apple Health export app you choose, and Anthropic (for AI features). We do not control them. If an upstream provider changes, limits or withdraws an API, some features may stop working; we will do what we reasonably can, but we are not liable for upstream changes or outages, nor for the accuracy of the data those services return.
9. Availability and beta status
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and during the beta interruptions, data-model changes and bugs are more likely than in a finished product. Keep your source data in its original services (Oura, Garmin Connect, intervals.icu) — Health Dash is a reader of those systems, not their replacement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: we exclude all implied warranties; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data (where our backups fail through no fault of ours), or losses arising from decisions — including training, health and lifestyle decisions — made in reliance on the service; and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time, which deletes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination for breach, no refund is due for the current period; on termination by us for convenience, unused paid time is refunded pro rata.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you rights that cannot be overridden by this choice.
